Clock Disappears in Ubuntu 14.04

Every now and again my panel clock goes missing on Ubuntu 14.04. While a reboot always solves the issue that is not always practical. Rather than diving into forums and man pages every time this happens; I thought I would just make a note of the quickest fix.

From a command prompt

sudo killall unity-panel-service
